All products you purchase are packaged by taking precautions against breakage and deterioration as much as possible. Your orders that are safely packed can be sent anywhere in Turkey through Yurtiçi Kargo Company. Your order shall be delivered within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Orders placed on weekdays shall be prepared and shipped within 5 working days at the latest; special days and public holidays are not excluded. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, special days and public holidays shall be prepared and shipped within 5 working days at the latest from the first business day.
The shipping fee shall be clearly indicated to you on the payment screen, added to the order price, and the total amount you will pay will be shown to you.
Payment Tracking If the system in question cannot perform the transaction due to any problem, our visitor shall be informed of this situation at the end of the payment page. In case of any error at the specified address, the person placing order shall be contacted regarding the order that cannot be delivered. The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor shall be confirmed by automatic e-mail sent after the order has been transferred. Please be careful! Open and check the packages that you think have been damaged during shipment in witness of the cargo company representative who delivered the cargo to you. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery and ask the cargo company representative to issue an official report. After the product is received, it shall be accepted that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty completely. If the product is damaged: Report the situation to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with the report you have prepared.
